<description><![CDATA[<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 20px">这两天体育课教学内容是“小学生广播体操腹背运动、森林运动会（动物模仿走）”。开学以来的广播操教学主要采取的是讲解、示范、领做、练习、纠错的教法。在示范方式上，主要是镜面示范。但由于是一年级学生，在教踢腿运动、体转运动这样身体左右变化复杂的广播操动作时，镜面示范的效果就不理想了，教学实践中我发现这时再结合运用背面示范并领做时，学生对所学广播操动作技能的掌握有了明显的好转。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 20px">在动物模仿走环节，两个班都出现了精彩纷呈的场面。模仿小兔子、小花猫、螃蟹、大象、大老虎、恐龙（霸王龙）、企鹅、小牛、蛇的大有人在，甚至还有一个小女孩模仿的孔雀也惟妙惟肖。汲取了3班课的经验，我在4班的课上强化了教师的启发示范引导，对于进一步激起孩子们的表现欲也起到了积极的作用。低年级孩子乐此不疲地模仿小动物是个十分有趣的现象，这应该是学生的心理特征之一吧。这样的教学内容孩子们上得非常投入，老师参与其中也开心得不得了！</FONT></P>

<description><![CDATA[<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 20px">11月25日，我上了《各种姿势起动的自然跑》一课。这节课我针对小学一年级的学情特点，选取了“各种姿势起动的自然跑”与“游戏：小小宇航员”两个教学内容。教学设计较为合理，备课较为充分。学生通过游戏化的教材呈现，体验尝试了不同姿势起动的自然跑，能够分辨出较为合理的起跑姿势，并在反复的起跑、自然跑练习中发展了自然奔跑能力。游戏“小小宇航员”是对主教材的巩固提升，同时也让孩子在游戏过程中培养了合作跑的能力，学习了简单的航天知识，初步激发出爱国主义情感。基本达成了课的教学目标。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 20px">整节课从总体上来说是较为成功的，但因为是研讨课，没有经过反复打磨，肯定有许多不尽如人意的地方。比如在组织学生背对起跑方向起跑时，居然有的孩子误解为后退跑，说明此环节教师的讲解还不够形象生动，效果欠佳；又如在组织“小小宇航员”游戏环节，学生组成的“飞机”组合没有充分拉开空挡，稍显拥挤，造成一定的安全隐患；“小小宇航员”游戏环节，学生没能很好地表现出登上月球的人体状态与飞机起飞由慢到快、飞机降落由快到慢的感觉，可能与学生的生活体验不足，能力有限相关；还有，学生队形靠近篮球架和旗杆不是最佳的场地选择，调整到操场中央开阔地带较为合理。</FONT></P>]]></description>
